Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC)

Our MFC restroom stalls and panelling are available in all of our V Ranges, enabling you to have the ultimate style on a budget. We believe in matching products to our clients’ budgets and specifications. Quality doesn’t have to be expensive, as proved by our MFC restroom stalls and panelling systems.

Manufactured from 19mm nominal thickness high performance MFC with ABS edging, this is the ideal material to specify for dry environments with a low risk of vandalism. Although designed for dry room environments, our MFC stalls and panelling are nonetheless manufactured from high performance moisture-proof chipboard. Our MFC stalls and panelling solutions are available in 34 different laminate colours.

Benefits include:

Durability: MFC panels are moisture-resistant to withstand the everyday effects of restroom environments.

Affordability: A budget-friendly choice for low traffic restrooms for projects of all sizes.

Versatility: Popular settings for MFC restrooms include dry environments with low traffic and risk of vandalism including nurseries, small offices and commercial buildings.

High Pressure Laminate (HPL)

Our High Pressure Laminate (HPL) restroom stalls, panelling and vanity units are the affordable solution for more heavily used areas. Scratch and impact-resistant, our HPL restroom stalls and complementing restroom systems are available in 34 different laminate colours.

Manufactured from moisture-resistant chipboard faced with high pressure laminate; panels are 19mm nominal thickness with edges lipped with matching ABS. Across our entire range of HPL stalls, panelling and vanity units, you will find the quality is uppermost.

Real wood veneer

Unlike solid timber, real wood veneer is a thin layer of natural wood applied to the core board. The unique grain and textures bring warmth, depth and character to any restroom space. Our sleek Alpi real wood veneer restroom finishes have been carefully selected to bring warmth, vitality and luxury to your designs. Hardwearing, sustainable and great to look at, our real wood veneers are available across a range of our systems.

Specify our V3 ranges and complementing restroom systems in our premium finish to create the real wow factor. From fresh, light woods to striking, rich tones you can create a wide range of designs when designing commercial restrooms in our real wood veneer finishes.

Benefits include:

Long-lasting: Veneer is less likely to warp, bend or bow when compared to using a solid wood alternative.

Cost-effective: Wood veneer allows the look and feel of solid wood for a more affordable price.

Eco-friendly: A long-lasting solution that is also recyclable. What’s more, we only source our real wood veneers from sustainable and ethical sources.

Versatility: Popular settings for specifying restrooms in real wood veneers include hotels, spas, golf resorts, airport lounges, sports facilities and restaurants.

Glass

Sahara Glass’ 4mm double back painted toughened safety glass achieves a sophisticated yet practical finish that’s 8 times stronger than standard glass. The strong design statement is enforced with practical benefits including simple ongoing maintenance, durability and ease of cleaning.

Benefits include:

Light transmission: Glass can create a sense of openness and light in a space thanks to its reflective properties.

Ease of cleaning: Its smooth surface is simple to maintain and doesn’t stain easily.

Versatility: Popular settings for our Sahara Glass range include offices, hotels, restaurants and bars.

ColourCoat and ColourCoat High Gloss

ColourCoat and ColourCoat High Gloss are our vibrant range of contemporary spray painted colours, with an MDF core. Doors and pilasters are 35mm nominal thickness, partitions are 18mm nominal thickness. Doors, pilasters and panels finished in ColourCoat have a gloss value of 20%, while a ColourCoat High Gloss’ gloss value is 80% for a high shine finish. Edges are sprayed with a coat of primer and finished with matching % gloss pigmented lacquer.

When specifying our V1 Unity range, you have a choice of 10 stylish colours to choose from, whereas with our V3 ranges you have the choice of any RAL Classic Colour (except fluorescent or metallic), giving you endless design flexibility.

Benefits include:

A flawless design: A flawless finish is easily achieved thanks to the carefully applied even application of each layer of paint.

Durability: Lacquering forms a protective layer that makes the MDF coreboard resistant to scratches, stains and wear.

Design flexibility: With such a vast choice of colours to choose from (when specifying our V3 range in ColourCoat or ColourCoat High Gloss), you have total design flexibility. What’s more, our Vepps panelling and vanity unit bases can also be specified in matching finishes to create a complete restroom package.
